Product Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Print-on-Demand Nature: Please note that our products are created using a Print-on-Demand model. This means items are printed specifically for you after you place an order.

  • Placement: Slight variations in print placement may occur compared to the digital mockups seen on screen.

  • Color: Ink absorption on fabric may result in colors looking slightly less vibrant in real life than on a backlit screen. This is a standard characteristic of DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing and is not considered a defect.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

  • If you are shipping outside of the country where our products are manufactured (usually the USA or Latvia), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • COLD-AF is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, designs, text, images, and graphics are owned by COLD-AF, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
