Production Time (The "Made-to-Order" Process)

At COLD-AF, we champion sustainable fashion. We don’t hold massive stockpiles of inventory. Instead, every item is printed fresh specifically for you when you order it.

  • Standard Turnaround: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be printed, quality checked, and packed before it is dispatched.

  • Out of Stock: In the rare event a specific size or blank garment is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss an alternative or a refund.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once your item has passed our quality checks and left the warehouse, the following delivery estimates apply. Please note that these times are in addition to the 5-day production time.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or courier delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a dispatch notification email.

  • Tracking Number: If your selected shipping method includes tracking, the link will be inside this email.

  • USPS Orders: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update in the system after you receive the email.


Eco-Friendly Packaging

We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact.

  • Plastic-Free: The vast majority of our orders are shipped in plastic-free, eco-friendly packaging.

  • Fragile Items: Framed prints are the exception; these are wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap to ensure the glass arrives intact.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

If you are ordering from outside the country where our warehouse is located (the UK), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • COLD-AF is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

  • We cannot predict what these charges may be; they are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Late Parcels

While rare, parcels can occasionally go missing in the postal system. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Confirmation: Verify that the shipping address you entered was 100% correct.

  2. Check Locally: Check with your neighbors or your local post office depot.

  3. The "Lost" Window: Because carriers sometimes experience delays, we cannot officially classify a package as "lost" (and issue a replacement) until a certain amount of time has passed:

    • UK: 10 working days after dispatch.

    • International: 28 working days after dispatch.

  4. Contact Us: If the time has passed and you still have not received your gear, please email us at hello@cold-af.com.

    • Important: You must notify us within 60 days of the expected delivery date. We cannot offer free replacements for lost parcels reported after 60 days.
