Damages and Issues (Defective/Wrong Items) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Resolution: We will send you a replacement free of charge. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind / Wrong Size) Because our products are printed specifically for you on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or sizing issues, unless required by law (see "European Union" section below).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Personalized Products: Items where you uploaded your own image or added your own specific text (e.g., a name).

Sale items or gift cards.
European Union & UK Customers (14-day Cooling Off Period) If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Condition: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exclusion: This right does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized (i.e., items where you uploaded a custom image or added custom text). Standard catalog designs printed on demand are eligible for return.

Refunds If a return is approved and received, we will automatically refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
